Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know before ordering. We run this shop in-house, so policies are written to be honest about what we can deliver.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. Most orders ship within 2-3 days, but larger orders or new drops may take the full 5. We're a small in-house operation, not a warehouse — every tee is hand-printed and packed by us.

If you order during a drop week or on launch day, processing may take up to 7 business days while we work through the volume. We'll keep you posted via email.

Shipping Rates & Times

Delivery times are estimates from USPS — not guarantees. Holiday seasons, weather, and carrier delays can extend these windows.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking 6 business days after ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Returns & Exchanges

Sizing exchanges: We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the tee is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping; we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Returns for refund: Returns accepted within 14 days for unworn, unwashed tees in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wrong item received: If we sent you the wrong tee or size, that's on us — email us and we'll cover everything, including return shipping.

Damaged in transit: Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the tee at no cost.

Final sale items: Limited drop items, heritage capsule releases, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Lost Packages

If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Wait 48 hours (sometimes scans happen before final delivery)
  • Check with neighbors and your local post office
  • If still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number

We'll work with USPS to resolve. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), we'll replace the order or issue a refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change an order? Email us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best. After 24 hours, we may have already started printing, and changes aren't guaranteed.

Address Errors

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to whatever address you enter. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship at your cost ($5.99 for standard).
